Mill Valley had an activity guide cover contest with the theme ‘What Mill Valley Means to Me’. This is the second in the series in which I considered Mill Valley as my space to create. This piece has a matte/gloss monochrome pattern.

The mild weather, the beauty of the natural surroundings, the open space, the fact that every house is different from the next, tucked into the side of Mt Tamalpais, and the plaza where you can sip tea at The Depot and draw, but with constant interruption because everyone knows everyone else and something pleasant is always happening.
